Quality of construction and high standards matter in every part of the private sector to those organizations that want to be successful, whether it be an automotive producer like Toyota or a financial company like American Express. Companies that want to be successful spend time testing which components are the best so that they can create a high quality product. However, the pursuit of excellence, or perhaps the pursuit of as little risk as possible, is seemingly absent among Cyber Liability and Technology E&O insurers.
