TOPIC DESCRIPTION:  We work in a global marketplace where business dealings with those from other countries, whether colleagues or business partners, is commonplace.  For the uninitiated, even a subtle cultural misunderstanding can have unintended consequences.  The intention of this session is to highlight some of the challenges involved in leading a global organisation and give delegates the benefit of our speakers' considerable knowledge and experience in this area from both an academic and practical perspective.
