9:00 am - 10:00 am
  Cybersecurity Challenges
An industry expert would lead this discussion about the potential impact of a company data breach- disruption, data loss, and data destruction, among others. The panelists will represent the various stakeholders involved in these key decisions regarding cybersecurity: A major insurer’s CISO, a General Counsel, a risk manager and Enterprise Risk Management consultant.
10:15 am - 11:30 am
Quantifying the Effect of Cyber Events on the Energy Supply Chain
The lack of data and analytics makes it hard to quantify and adequately price cyber exposures in the energy and supply chain space. The exposures in this sector are huge and the potential costs could be devastating- billions in damages and millions of people affected. The panel will explore what measures can be taken to minimize the effects and start collaboration within the industry to measure and price these risks.
11:30 am - 1:15 pm
Luncheon with Keynote Address from Shawn Henry, President of CrowdStrike Services & CSO
Shawn Henry is the president of CrowdStrike Services and CSO, and a retired executive assistant director of the FBI. He oversaw computer crime investigations spanning the globe, including denial-of-service attacks, bank and corporate breaches, and state-sponsored intrusions. He posted FBI cyberexperts in police agencies around the world, including the Netherlands, Romania, Ukraine and Estonia. He has appeared on “60 Minutes,” “CBS Evening News,” “Good Morning America,” “The Today Show,” “Dateline,” “Rock Center with Brian Williams” and C-SPAN.
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
Accumulating User Behavior Data - What ARE the Risks?
Data is collected everywhere- insureds profile and monitor customers, users and employees; how can underwriters keep up with technological advancements and effectively underwrite these risks? The panel will discuss emerging technologies and pertinent exposures, how/whether insurance products anticipate them, and how underwriters prepare for these new underwriting challenges.
2:45 pm - 3:45 pm
Dude, Who Swiped My Credit Card?
This panel will provide an overview of payment card exposures, from PCI to EMV, for industries from retailers to financial institutions. They will discuss the PCI data security standards and contractual penalties, and October 2015 EMV (chip) card conversion requirements. They will explain the current environment and what companies can do to mitigate their payment card exposures.
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Virtual Earthquake: Aggregated Exposure to the Cloud
This panel would explain the potential impact of an extended service outage in the cloud. They will review a sample insurance program and the applicable contractual agreements, evaluate the challenges, and advise how to start planning for an alternative to the "underserved status quo".
