REGISTRATION PROCESS
All registrations and hotel reservations are made through PLUS. PLUS has reserved a block of rooms at The Sheraton Grand Chicago at a rate of $289/night plus taxes. Confirmations will be emailed within 24 hours. If you do not receive your confirmation within this time, please contact us.
REGISTRATION POLICIES
Cancellation Policy:
If you are no longer able to attend the event, a cancellation will be granted with a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) for written requests received on or before October 12, 2024. Cancellations received after this date will not be entitled to a refund.
You may cancel your room reservation for no charge before 11:59 pm local time three (3) days before arrival. If you cancel after this deadline, you will be assessed a fee and your credit card will be charged for one night’s deposit including tax in USD.
