Function/Meeting Room information for the 2025 PLUS Conference November 10-12, 2025, in Orlando, FL.
The 2025 PLUS Conference is November 10-12, 2025 at JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando, FL. As part of the event, PLUS reserves available meeting space at the host hotel to accommodate its educational programming. As the PLUS schedule is finalized, unused meeting space is opened to sponsors. There is limited meeting space available this year.
Priority of Space Requests
One meeting/function room is booked on a first come, first served basis using the following priority:
- Conference sponsor representatives, by level of sponsorship
- Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver
Sponsor space will be assigned according to the dates below. You must be a conference sponsor to request space. If we are unable to reserve space for you, we will attempt to notify you in advance.
Request Processing Dates
Diamond/Platinum* – First, until July 25, 2025
Gold – Second, July 28 - August 13, 2025. Subject to availability
Silver –Third, August 14- August 29, 2025. Subject to availability
*One meeting room is included in the sponsorship package for Diamond and Platinum levels. Any additional rooms requested (if available) will be at a flat rate of $1,200. Food & beverage, audio visual equipment rental, set up, and other associated costs are billed directly through the hotel.
Room Rental Fees for Gold & Silver Levels
Room rental for one meeting room/function space is a flat fee of $1,200.
Fee is for room rental only. Food & beverage, audio visual equipment rental, set up, and other associated costs are billed directly through the hotel.
Space Assignment
As your space is assigned, a confirmation letter will be e-mailed to you including contact details for the hotel catering representative who will help get your meeting space set up to your specifications.
