2025 PLUS Conference Sponsored Content Sessions

PLUS is offering PLUS Conference Sponsors the opportunity to develop and deliver their own educational sessions during the 2025 PLUS Conference. Please thoroughly review this informational sheet along with the standard PLUS speaker agreement form before completing a brief survey (link to be distributed as sponsor forms are returned) to indicate your interest in developing and delivering content in person at the 2025 PLUS Conference in Orlando, FL, November 10-12, 2025.

Content

The sponsor will be responsible for developing and delivering the content. PLUS is providing this opportunity for sponsors to demonstrate their thought leadership in the professional liability industry and as such the session is expected to be educational in nature and not promotional. PLUS encourages sponsors to consider different types of session formats such as interviews, facilitated conversations, solo speakers, or key company experts. These sessions will not be eligible for CE/CLE credit. Once you’ve been selected to present a session, someone from the PLUS Content Committee will be in touch with you to discuss suggested topics and ensure your topic does not conflict with sessions already being presented.

Speakers

All speakers must be registered for the conference. PLUS strongly recommends having one or two speakers; the maximum number is three speakers. The sponsor will be able to select their own speakers, from within or outside their own company. PLUS recommends that sponsors include speakers with a diversity of thought, experience and backgrounds.

Schedule

Sessions will be 45 minutes in length and may be scheduled concurrently with other sponsor-led sessions. Sponsor-led sessions will not be scheduled at the same time as PLUS developed content (i.e. CE/CLE sessions, general sessions). Sponsors will be able to indicate their preferences for date of their session, but final scheduling decisions will be made by PLUS staff in consultation with the PLUS Conference Content Committee.

Room and AV

Sessions will be held in rooms that can fit 85-100 attendees. The room will be set with a podium, up to three chairs, screen, laptop, clicker to run a PowerPoint and up to three lavalier mics. Sponsor-led sessions will not be recorded.

Selection Process

There are limited time slots available for sponsor-led sessions which will be filled on a first come first served basis.

Deadlines

Sponsors will first be asked to register their intention to offer a sponsor-led session, including indicating their preferred date and general topic by completing a brief form (link to be shared in the Sponsorship email confirmation as sponsor forms are returned). Sponsors will be accepted on a first come first served basis until time slots are filled; there will be a short waitlist available as well.

Important Deadlines

August 4

Deadline for Diamond/Platinum Sponsors to opt into developing and delivering a sponsor-led session.

August 11

PLUS will provide the assigned session date/time to Sponsors. Sponsors who will be developing a session will then be required to provide full session details to be used in event promotions; details will be included on the event website, App, on social media and in emails.

August 29

1. Final session descriptions are due by the sponsor. These will be reviewed by the Conference Content Committee; feedback may be returned to the sponsor, i.e., if there appears to be overlap between sessions.

2. Final speaker details are due. Includes name, title, company, brief bio (under 250 words) and headshot

3. Completed and signed speaker agreement forms are due by all speakers. ALL speakers must be registered to attend the 2025 PLUS Conference.

Topics

The Conference Content Committee is developing content for the 4 CE/CLE sessions being offered at the 2025 PLUS Conference. These sessions will appeal to the wider conference audience and will not be business line or role specific. Please be aware that PLUS will vet the sponsor topics to ensure there is no duplication or similarity within topics amongst sponsors and with PLUS developed content.
