Suite Information
Suite information for the 2025 PLUS Conference November 10-12, 2025, in Orlando, FL.
The PLUS Conference is November 10-12, 2025, at the JW Marriott, Grande Lakes, Orlando, FL. PLUS is offering Sponsors the opportunity to secure suites at the JW Marriott and The Ritz Carlton (adjoining hotel) over the PLUS Conference dates. Each suite could connect to a regular Queen Room at the group rate of $289++ if desired.
Priority Requests
Suites are secured on a 1st come, 1st serve basis using the following priority:
Conference Sponsors ONLY
- Diamond/Platinum Representatives
- Gold Representatives
- Silver Representatives
Sponsor suites will be assigned in order of receipt of request. You must be a Conference Sponsor to request space. Suites are reserved by indicating interest on the Sponsor Information form. You will then be contacted by Kim Rocha with PLUS to finalize your reservation.
Available Suites
The suite rate is $789++
- The standard hotel cancellation is a 2-night charge if cancelled within 5 days of arrival. When guests are booking, they agree to the below:
Nov 9-12 - one-bedroom Executive suites at JW @ $789++
- Private king bedroom
- One sofa bed
- One full size bathroom
- Spacious work desk
- Separate living/seating area
- Two 65" LCD TVs
- Golf or lakefront views

Nov 7-12 –one-bedroom Executive suites at The Ritz Carlton @ $789++
- Private king bedroom
- 1.5 bathrooms
- Spacious Honor Bar
- Separate living/seating area
- Two 65" LCD TVs
- Dining room with table for 4 people
- Two balconies with golf or lakefront views

Suite Assignment
As your suite is assigned, a confirmation letter will be emailed to you with instructions for you to submit credit card details to finalize and process the reservation.
