Function/Meeting Room information for the 2026 Healthcare & MedPL Symposia | May 6-8 | Phoenix, AZ
The 2026 PLUS Healthcare & Medical PL Symposium is May 6 - 8, 2026, at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel in Phoenix, AZ. PLUS has a very limited number of private meeting rooms available complimentary for Diamond and Platinum Event Sponsors at the host hotel. Premier Networkers will have 2nd opportunity to reserve private meeting space (based on availability) for a $350++/day fee.
Priority of Space Requests
One meeting/function room is booked on a first-come, first-served basis by level of Sponsorship. Sponsor space will be assigned according to the dates below. You must be a symposium sponsor to request space. If PLUS is unable to reserve space for you, we will attempt to notify you in advance.
Request Processing Dates
Diamond/Platinum – First, until March 25, 2026
Note: If PLUS still has meeting rooms available, we will reach out to Premier Networkers for their interest after March 28th.
Fees
Room rental for one meeting room/function space is included in the Diamond or Platinum Sponsorship Package. Premier Networkers will have the opportunity to reserve available space for $350++/day.
Note: Any food & beverage, audio visual equipment rental, set up, and other associated costs to the Sponsor meeting room will be billed to the Sponsor directly by the hotel and are not included in the room rental fee.
Space Assignment
As your space is assigned, a confirmation letter will be e-mailed to you including contact details for the hotel catering representative who will help get your room set up to your specifications.
How to Reserve Space
PLUS will send you a link to an online Meeting Room Request Form. Once PLUS receives this form, PLUS will begin to assign meeting space based on your specifications, as best we can. PLUS will notify you if there is no space available that meets your needs.
