2026 PLUS Healthcare & MedPL Sponsored Content Sessions

PLUS is offering PLUS Healthcare & Medical PL Symposium Sponsors the opportunity to develop and deliver their own educational sessions during the 2026 PLUS Healthcare & Medical PL Symposium.

Please thoroughly review this informational page along with the standard PLUS speaker agreement form before completing a request form (link to be distributed as sponsor forms are returned) to indicate your interest in developing and delivering content in person at the 2026 PLUS Healthcare & Medical PL Symposium in Phoenix, AZ, from May 6 - 8, 2026.

Content

The sponsor will be responsible for developing and delivering the content. PLUS is providing this opportunity for sponsors to demonstrate their thought leadership in the professional liability industry, and as such, the session is expected to be educational in nature and not promotional. PLUS encourages sponsors to consider different types of session formats such as interviews, facilitated conversations, solo speakers, or key company experts. These sessions will not be eligible for CE/CLE credit. See below for a list of potential topics from the Symposium Event Chairs for consideration.

Speakers

All speakers must be registered for the symposium. PLUS strongly recommends having one or two speakers; the maximum number is three speakers. Sponsors can assign any of the complimentary registrations included with their sponsorship package to a speaker if they choose to do so. The sponsor will be able to select their own speakers, from within or outside their own company. PLUS recommends that sponsors include speakers with a diversity of thought, experience and backgrounds.

Schedule

Sessions will be 45 minutes in length and may be scheduled concurrently with other sponsor-led sessions. Sponsor-led sessions will not be scheduled at the same time as PLUS developed content (i.e. CE/CLE sessions, general sessions). Sponsors will be able to indicate their preferences for date of their session, but final scheduling decisions will be made by PLUS staff in consultation with the PLUS Symposium Event Chairs.

Room and AV

Sessions will be held in rooms that can fit 50 -75 attendees. The room will be set with a podium, up to three chairs, screen, laptop, clicker to run a PowerPoint and up to three lavalier mics. Sponsor-led sessions will not be recorded.

Selection Process

There are limited time slots available for sponsor-led sessions which will be filled on a first come first served basis. Diamond and Platinum sponsors will have the first opportunity to opt-in followed by Premier Networker Sponsors, if slots are still available.

Deadlines

Sponsors will first be asked to register their intention to offer a sponsor-led session, including indicating their preferred date and general topic by completing a request form (link to be distributed as sponsor forms are returned). Sponsors will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until time slots are filled; there will be a short waitlist available as well.

Sponsors are encouraged to develop sessions that delve deeper into these areas, such as focusing on specific business lines, roles, or case studies. Additional topic areas suggested by the Event Co-chairs and the Healthcare & Medical PL Think Tank are also available for consideration.
