All official PLUS Conference sessions and receptions will be held at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes.
Please go directly to the registration Kiosk computers and type in your last name to locate your badge. Your badge will automatically print for you on the spot. Your name badge will have a QR code on the back of it that will be used as your ‘ticket’ for all educational sessions and PLUS functions, including the receptions, which we will scan as you enter and exit each function.
Registration Desk Schedule:
Sunday: 1:00pm - 8:00pm
Monday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
Tuesday: 7:45am - 5:45pm
Wednesday: 7:45am - 12:30pm
All attendee badges will have a QR code, and you will be scanned in/out of every session or activity at the PLUS Conference this year. This eliminates the need for tickets and CE/CLE manual stamping – Your badge is your ticket.
You can also earn up to four (4) CE/CLE credits for most jurisdictions by attending the CE/CLE designated sessions. If you wish to receive CE/CLE credits, please be sure to stop by the PLUS registration desk to pick up your CE/CLE materials. PLUS registration staff must check a government-issued ID when you turn in your form due to state requirements. If you do not have an ID, that unfortunately means no CE credits will be given and there are no exceptions.

PLUS Gold Sponsors are proud to offer complimentary Wi-Fi to all attendees wherever official PLUS conference events are taking place. Attendees should connect to PLUS CONFERENCE 2025 in their wireless settings. On the splash page, enter the Access Code “plusconf25” then select “Connect” (the access code is case sensitive).
Stop by to write a note of gratitude or encouragement for the families supported by the Orlando Fisher House. We’ll provide co-branded PLUS Foundation and Orlando Fisher House notecards; add your words of thanks, a warm welcome, or heartfelt wishes. Each card will be included in a welcome bag given to families as they arrive at the Fisher House, ensuring your message of support reaches them directly.
