This annual award recognizes outstanding young professionals in the professional liability insurance industry, showcasing their excellence in both their profession and the broader industry.

The honorees exhibit qualities that mark them as future leaders within their organizations and the professional liability sector.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the professional liability industry
  • Under 40 years old at the time of the award
  • Current PLUS Member

Award Criteria:

  • Demonstrated commitment to the professional liability industry
  • Displayed leadership attributes and skills
  • Nominee's nominator must have worked or volunteered within the industry

Selection Process:

  • Future PLUS Committee sub-group reviews the top 10 votes, and selects 3 recipients to present to the Nominations Committee
  • Recipients will be notified the first week of October and asked to partake in an award ceremony at our annual PLUS Conference.
