No, PLUS will consider you a member until you tell us you are no longer interested. We will encourage you to keep your record updated on a regular basis.
PLUS memberships are for individuals, so you will need to join PLUS to enjoy the member benefits. Good news is - PLUS membership is no cost so you can join now!
Your username is the email address associated with your PLUS membership. Note: it may be an old email if you’ve changed jobs since the last time you visited the PLUS website. If you cannot recall the correct email, please contact PLUS. To reset your password, click “LogIn” and then select “forgot my password;” you’ll receive an email to the address associated with your PLUS membership that contains instructions to change your password.

Chapters
The best place to start is attending a local event hosted by your PLUS Chapter. Chapter events are a great way to meet and network with industry colleagues in your area, including members of the chapter steering committee.
Events
Webinars are held in our Learning Management System. Visit the site and log in with your PLUS website username and password in order to find and join upcoming webinars.
Please contact the hotel directly to make, change, or cancel hotel reservations.
You can update your name and contact information at any time on your PLUS member profile. Your profile information is reflected across all PLUS systems and will be used on promotional materials (for speakers) and event badges.
Events are organized by committees consisting of industry volunteers. These committees select the topics and then speakers for the event.

- Courses you completed in the old LMS
- Courses you complete in the new LMS
- Non-CE exams you complete in the new LMS
- Download a transcript of all your LMS courses.

Search for courses in the PLUS Online Store or in the LMS
Please note:
- CE-eligible modules are not available for purchase at this time while we finish integrating our systems with Prometric.
- The Online Store will automatically filter out any courses you’ve already purchased.
- The following courses are currently being updated and aren’t available for purchase until the later this year.
- Module 4 (Expected availability: Mid- to late summer 2024)
- Modules 7, 17, and 21 (Expected availability: Late summer/early fall 2024)
You’ll have to enroll in newly purchased courses, as well as courses that were purchased but not completed in our old LMS.

Please note:
- If a course wasn’t completed in our old LMS before March 22, 2024, you’ll start the course over from the beginning after enrolling in it.
- Modules 4, 7, 17 or 21 aren’t available to enroll in until the updated version is available.

All eLearning module sales are final after 90 days from date of purchase. PLUS will allow for a return or exchange of an eLearning module within 90 days as long as:
- The eLearning module has not been started.
- The eLearning module is exchanged for another module of the same eligibility status (i.e. CE-eligible modules can only be exchanged for other CE-eligible modules; non-CE eligible modules can only be exchanged for non-CE modules).
Additionally, there are no substitutions for modules included in sets (e.g. CPLP or ExecPLP Designation sets, Certificate sets, etc.). If you've received a waiver or have otherwise completed a module that is included in a set, there are no discounts or exchanges allowed for a waived or completed module(s).
Hard copy or digital download modules and standalone exam products, which were discontinued in December of 2022, are not eligible for return.

CE/CLE Credit
Certificates will be emailed to attendees following the event; if you have not received it, please contact PLUS.
Registration
All event registration is online. If you would like to receive an invoice and pay by check, you will have the option to download the invoice during the online registration process.
When registering for an event online, you can select payment by credit card, ACH, or you are also able to download the invoice and mail it in with a check.

Sponsorship
Please visit the Sponsorship page on our website to view all sponsorship opportunities currently available.
Visit the Sponsorship page to find the event you would like to sponsor and review the sponsorship levels and benefits. Then, visit the PLUS online store to find the event and complete the online purchase process. You will be able to pay by credit card, ACH, or download the invoice to mail in with a check.
Some sponsor levels at specific events receive complimentary or discounted registrations. If your company is a sponsor, please ask the PLUS or Sponsor contact person at your company how you should register for the event.
