Mentorship Program

PLUS has 45,000+ industry professional members across North America and around the world, resulting in a wealth of knowledge as the primary source of professional liability expertise. The Future PLUS Mentorship Program connects experienced leaders who represent thousands of companies in many industry fields with young professionals looking to grow within the professional lines community.

Future PLUS explores topics such as career advancement tips, networking opportunities, goal setting, and outside experience needed to become a leader. All who participate in the program reap the many benefits available as a result.

Mentorship Program Details

• Participants are paired with their mentor for 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on availability and goals for the mentorship
• Program participants are expected to meet at least once per month, either in-person or virtually
• Mentorship pairs will have access to the Together platform for scheduling, goal tracking, and resources for managing the mentorship relationship
• Each mentor will choose to be paired with 1 or 2 mentees
• Mentees must be a Future PLUS member
