PLUS Foundation Logo with text that says Giving Back, Preparing for the Future in blue

Established in 1998 as a 501(c)(3) organization by industry leaders, the PLUS Foundation enhances the work of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).

Originally formed to create opportunities for diverse talent, it evolved into a charitable force. Following the 9/11 attacks, the Foundation raised nearly $200,000, supporting affected families and contributing to victim funds.

Today, it focuses on championing tomorrow's diverse workforce by addressing key issues through outreach, education, mentoring, and giving back, funded by donations from PLUS members and partner companies.
