How to Maintain Your ExecPLP Designation:

After you’ve earned your ExecPLP designation, you'll be required to report 12 hours of professional development* related to D&O professional liability every 2 years. Failure to do so may result in PLUS revoking your designation. Visit the PLUS Learning Center for more details about this maintenance requirement.

*Professional development hours do not need to come from state-approved continuing education (CE) courses. Attending D&O University again is not eligible for professional development hours, as it’s already a requirement for earning the ExecPLP designation.
