The Future PLUS LEAD Program (Leadership Excellence and Development Series) has been developed as part of the Future PLUS Advancement Initiative. LEAD is an opportunity to strengthen core foundational elements of leadership along with learning techniques, best practices, and collaborating with other front-line leaders to gain valuable insights. Each live, instructor-led, virtual workshop is 90 minutes of practical skill-based content and realistic situations with group-problem solving conversations. The learners will use the online whiteboard tool, Miro, for collaboration during sessions and for homework. If your company is unable to grant you access to Miro on a company device, the facilitators will screen share during the sessions and will provide a list of all resources referenced in Miro. You may wish to use a personal device for homework, or you can share your responses verbally during the next session.
