A Decade of Impact: PLUS Foundation Celebrates 10 Years of LAMP

Tuesday evening at the 2025 PLUS Conference was nothing short of extraordinary. The ballroom shimmered with elegance and purpose as guests gathered to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the PLUS Foundation’s Leadership and Mentoring Program (LAMP)—a decade of empowering voices, elevating leadership, and transforming careers.

Dinner guests enjoyed an evening of connection and inspiration, mingling with LAMP cohort participants, PLUS Foundation Board members and leaders, and PLUS Board members who have all played a role in shaping the program’s incredible journey.

Throughout the evening, heartfelt reflections and stories filled the room—each one underscoring LAMP’s mission: to increase the leadership skills and influence of individuals who have overcome challenges stemming from inequitable experiences or lack of opportunity. By equipping participants with mentorship, professional development, and community, LAMP continues to infuse diversity, equity, and inclusion into the highest levels of leadership within the professional liability industry.
