Leaders who bring a wide variety of professional and personal experience to the marketplace are essential to successfully doing business in todays competitive environment. The PLUS Foundations answer to that challenge is the Diversity Leadership & Mentoring Program (LAMP). LAMP seeks to develop motivated leaders and advance the careers of participants who bring diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to the program. Initially developed by PLUS in 2016, fifty-eight insurance professionals have participated in LAMP over the past 5 years. Recognizing that the goals of LAMP align with the PLUS Foundation mission, in 2021 this leadership program was wrapped into the PLUS Foundation programming repertoire that supports tomorrows diverse professional liability workforce.
