Bailey Hutson

Bailey Hutson joined PLUS in June 2024, bringing a deep passion for learning and a strong foundation in education. She earned her Master of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in 2021 and has been supporting learners as a tutor, mentor, and teacher since 2017. With a talent for organization, communication, and collaborative problem-solving, Bailey helps PLUS members turn great ideas into impactful educational experiences.

As Education Specialist, Bailey works closely with subject matter experts and volunteers to develop and promote content that supports the professional liability industry. Her day-to-day includes managing webinars and virtual universities, refining curriculum modules, publishing blog posts, and helping bring PLUS’s podcast episodes to life. She also co-leads the ExecPLP and CPLP Committees and supports members pursuing designations, always keeping learner success at the heart of her work.

Bailey loves collaborating with PLUS members who are eager to share their knowledge with others. She’s continually inspired by their dedication and takes pride in helping transform their expertise into engaging, accessible content.

Outside the office, Bailey enjoys yoga, checking out new restaurants with friends, and getting lost in a good mystery novel. Her houseplants are thriving under her care, though she might argue they’re the real experts in growth and resilience.
