Carole Fleetwood
Carole Fleetwood joined PLUS in 2023, bringing more than a decade of experience creating meaningful, high-impact events. She’s worked across the events industry in a wide variety of settings including cultural institutions, performing arts centers, and destination marketing organizations—shaping experiences at places like the Smithsonian Institution, Pablo Center at the Confluence, and the Eau Claire Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Carole holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Western Illinois University and a Master’s in Tourism Administration from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She brings that education and experience together at PLUS, where she partners with volunteers and stakeholders to design memorable, well-executed events for members across the country.
What Carole enjoys most about her work is the people, collaborating with members and volunteers to bring their ideas to life and create moments that connect, inspire, and leave a lasting impression.
Outside the office, you’ll usually find her with a good book, cooking something delicious, or staying active. She’s also the proud human to an 80-pound hound dog who still believes he’s a lap dog, and two cats who run the house. As a passionate music fan, Carole encourages everyone to explore their local music scene, as you never know when you’ll discover your next favorite artist.
