Erin Stephens
Erin Stephens brings a passion for strategy, data, and member experience to her role as Vice President of Business Intelligence at PLUS. Since joining the organization in 2019, she has been a key member of the leadership team, spearheading initiatives that blend technology with insight to elevate how PLUS operates and engages with its members.
With a career spent in nonprofits, associations, and educational organizations, Erin has held roles across the board from volunteer management to operations, education, and events. This wide-ranging experience has shaped her ability to lead from both a strategic and people-centered perspective, always with an eye toward innovation, impact, and meaningful growth.
At PLUS, Erin is responsible for driving data-informed decision-making, leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, and enhancing member engagement. One of her proudest achievements? Successfully managing the simultaneous implementation of a new AMS, LMS, and website, which were all launched on schedule (a rare feat in the tech world). She also led the rollout of PLUS’s data visualization tools, which now power deeper insights and smarter strategies across the organization.
Outside of the office, Erin is an explorer at heart. She loves traveling, hiking, camping, and discovering new places with her husband and two kids, and always makes time to get lost in a good book.
