Janet Dreifuss

Janet Dreifuss is an active industry leader who has more than 20 years of experience in Executive Risk Liability Insurance.  She has held various claims and management positions with both insurance and national brokerage firms. Janet is currently the Chief Claims Officer at ARC Excess & Surplus where she heads and manages its team of Claim Advocates. Janet has served on the Eastern Chapter Board of PLUS and served as its Chair Person from 2018-2020. In addition, she was a Co-Chair of the D&O Symposium, has served on various PLUS task forces, and is currently a member of the PLUS Conference Committee.  Janet is also a frequent speaker at insurance and claims management forums.  Janet received her Juris Doctor Degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the State University of New York at Albany.
