Katie Neal
Katie Neal may have started with a degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware, but her career path quickly took a creative turn into marketing. It turns out that understanding certain aspects of psychology, such as visual processing, attention spans, and memory, is a huge asset, as it gives perspective with both creativity and insight into what makes people tick. After cutting her teeth in the real estate department of an auction house, she joined PLUS in early 2025.
At PLUS, Katie brings ideas to life through eye-catching graphics for events, social media, newsletters, and the website. She also jumps in wherever an extra creative hand is needed. One highlight so far? Helping design materials for the PLUS Conference—she can’t wait to see her work on full display.
Katie loves being part of a team that makes logging in every day something to look forward to. Her personal mantra is simple but effective: when creative blocks hit, step away, reset, and return with fresh eyes.
Outside of work, Katie is all about concerts, music festivals, and movie nights. At home, she shares life with Harley, her five-year-old hound mix rescue pup and best friend. And if you’re looking for a show recommendation, she’ll gladly point you toward Apple TV’s Severance — “one of the best shows I’ve watched in years,” as she says.
