Marissa Glaser

Marissa Glaser has worn many hats since joining PLUS in 2011 and she’s made each one count. Starting out in member services, she quickly became known for her curiosity, communication savvy, and knack for solving problems. Over the years, she’s taken on a variety of roles, from CE coordination to operations and web management, ultimately landing in her current role as LMS & Curriculum Manager.

Today, Marissa helps ensure PLUS’s educational content stays fresh, accurate, and engaging. She manages the organization’s eLearning curriculum and Learning Management System (the PLUS Learning Center), collaborates with subject matter experts, and co-leads two designation committees. A true behind-the-scenes champion, Marissa is always looking for ways to improve the learning experience and make things easier and more valuable for members.

She credits her early days in reception, both at PLUS and in her previous role at an animal hospital, for shaping her calm, clear-headed approach to member service. Whether helping someone troubleshoot an issue or navigating a major system overhaul (like the successful relaunch of the PLUS Learning Center), Marissa leads with empathy, clarity, and purpose.

When she’s not diving into digital content or curriculum updates, you’ll find her soaking up Minnesota’s warmer months gardening, strolling with a podcast, or hanging out by the lake. She’s also a book lover with a special place in her heart for thrillers and character-driven fiction.
