Nikki Baker

Nikki Baker brings more than two decades of nonprofit experience to her role as Executive Director of the PLUS Foundation. With a career rooted in public health and community impact, Nikki has led mission-driven teams and initiatives with heart, strategy, and a deep appreciation for the people she serves. She joined PLUS in March 2024, inspired by the opportunity to take on new challenges and champion meaningful change in the professional liability industry.

At the Foundation, Nikki works closely with the Board of Directors to bring initiatives like LAMP, WLN, and Chapter Ally Grants to life, which are programs that empower individuals and expand access to opportunities. She also plays a key role in fundraising efforts that support the Foundation’s long-term vision and values. With a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and a strong track record of strategic leadership, Nikki combines big-picture thinking with a deep understanding of human connection.

Her guiding philosophy? Meet people where they are. Whether she’s working with program participants, colleagues, or community partners, Nikki leads with empathy, flexibility, and the belief that impact starts with listening.

Outside of work, Nikki’s world is filled with good books, great movies, lively tennis matches, and home-cooked meals shared with friends and family. She’s also a dedicated volunteer and proud cat mom to Coco, her sweet tortoiseshell sidekick.
