Shelia Bourgoyne, SHRM-SCP

Shelia Bourgoyne joined PLUS in 2022 and leads all things HR with a full-spectrum, hands-on approach. From onboarding to offboarding and everything in between, she supports the organization’s most valuable resource—its people. Whether she’s managing CEO travel, coordinating board meetings, or jumping in wherever needed, Shelia brings a sense of purpose, hustle, and heart to every task.

Known for her collaborative spirit and get-it-done mindset, Shelia is proud to be part of a team that works together to move the mission forward.

Outside of work, Shelia’s favorite moments are spent with her family (pets included!) sharing meals, playing games, and tackling projects together. She’s never met an animal she didn’t want to adopt and currently shares her home with two beloved dogs, Sophie and Jack.
