Jessica Centeno is Senior Vice President in the Cyber and Data Resilience practice, based in New York. Jessica leverages more than eight years of experience in brokering cyber, media, technology errors and omissions insurance and professional liability for clients in various industries and the Fortune 1000 to manage Kroll’s relationship with the cyber insurance marketplace, including cyber response counsel, cyber insurers and cyber digital solutions providers. Jessica is responsible for providing cyber resilience advice, consultation, data, incident response services, and tools to partners and clients. Before joining Kroll, Jessica was Senior Client Manager at Lockton. Prior to that, Jessica served as Account Executive at Gallagher.

Nadia N. Hoyte is the National Cyber Practice Leader in USI’s Executive & Professional Risk Solutions Practice, where she leads the firm’s Cyber Practice (the Cyber Federation). She serves as an in-house resource across professional liability, technology E&O, media liability, network security, and privacy coverages. Nadia is responsible for program strategy, insurer relationships, and designing tailored risk-transfer solutions. She also provides consultative services, training, and insurance and vendor contract analysis, as well as placement and policy administration. Nadia brings more than 20 years of insurance industry experience, including 15 years focused on cyber and professional liability risks. Prior to joining USI, she led the Cyber Practice at a boutique wholesale brokerage, developing targeted cyber insurance solutions for agency partners. She previously served as a Senior Vice President at Willis Towers Watson, where she delivered bespoke insurance solutions by translating complex risks for clients. Nadia began her career at Marsh USA as a specialty broker focused on convergent and hard-to-place risks. In 2015, Risk & Insurance named her a “Power Broker Under 40,” and she has authored articles on cyber risk, including the insurance implications of cyber war.
