With nuclear and excessive verdicts in the EPL space becoming more “routine”, understanding what happens during jury deliberations is necessary to be able to adequately assess risk and develop strategy. In this mock-trial presentation, you will participate in a simulated trial as juror and get first-hand experience of how juries make decisions.
