Evaluating the Accuracy and Effectiveness of Cyber Data & Modeling

Location: Westside Ballroom 3&4, 5th Floor. CE/CLE SESSION. The cyber insurance market has progressed substantially over the past 5 years with substantial (but volatile) growth in premium, the number of policyholders and limits purchased. This panel will look at how cyber data and modeling supports that growth in three sections. First, we will look back and explore how the models have developed and performed relative to historical events. Second, we will look at the state of cyber data and modeling today in the current market context. Finally, we will look out 5 years and discuss how innovation in cyber data and modeling will transform how brokers, carriers and reinsurers get work done in the future.
