As hybrid work arrangements, regulations, and technologies like artificial intelligence, continue to evolve, organizations need to review their company policies and insurance coverage to ensure that they are covered for what’s new and what’s next. We will cover: 1. Evolving exposure in employment claims relative to shifting regulations, Supreme Court decisions and AI, 2) Financial and workplace culture impacts in a shifting and complex risk landscape, 3) The relationship between EPL and D&O policies, especially as it relates to DEI, and 4) Mitigating Risk: policies and procedures, EPL Coverage and other ways to decrease exposure.
