This presentation will analyze the current state of the W&H marketplace and exposure. It will provide insights into how the available coverage and capacity has evolved over time and what the prospects are for the product in the future. It will also provide insights as how the exposure has evolved in recent years looking, in particular at the evolution of the class/mass exposure in: (1) California, (2) at the federal level; and (3) the regularly evolving world of independent contractor classification both generally and in the gig economy space.
