Alyssa Watzman

Alyssa Watzman is a partner and Vice Chair of the Constangy Cyber Team. She helps organizations prepare for and respond to complex data security incidents, including ransomware attacks, and facilitates tabletop exercises and incident response planning to strengthen organizational readiness. Alyssa has guided hundreds of organizations through forensic investigations, ransom negotiations, regulatory compliance, and the operational and legal challenges that follow a cyber incident. She works closely with cyber insurers, brokers, forensic firms, and other response partners to help clients navigate incidents efficiently and effectively.

Alyssa is also an active leader and frequent speaker within the cyber insurance and data security industries. She co-chaired the 2025 NetDiligence Philadelphia Cyber Risk Summit and regularly participates in leading industry events, including Zywave and the INSUREtrust Cyber Summit.

Her industry recognition includes being highly commended for Cyber Insurance Lawyer of the Year at the 2026 Cyber Insurance Awards USA, being named a finalist for Cyber Risk Industry Person of the Year – Attorney at the 2026 Zywave Cyber Risk Awards, and being selected as a finalist for Inspiring Woman in Cyber at the 2025 Cyber Insurance Awards USA.
