Andrew E Oldis

Andrew is a partner at Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan concentrating in the areas of Directors and Officers Liability, E&O and Professional Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Cyber Liability and Tech E&O, Financial Instructions Liability, and ERISA and Fiduciary Liability. He represents domestic and international insurance companies in complex insurance coverage matters and coverage litigation, including matters involving: securities class actions and derivative actions; antitrust class actions; governmental investigations and civil actions; employment actions involving race, gender, and wage and hour class action suits; and a variety of commercial disputes involving both public and private companies. Andrew also has worked extensively in representing insurers and underwriters in the drafting of insurance policies and endorsements.
