Ann Kim

Ann is the Head of Financial Lines Claims for Directors & Officers Liability (D&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPL) and Fiduciary at AIG. In this role, she leads multiple claims teams, driving operational and technical excellence across the organization. Prior to AIG, Ann was an Assistant Vice President at CNA in the Financial Lines Claims unit where she managed a team of claim professionals and managers handling complex and severity claims across various management liability products. Before transitioning to the corporate sector, Ann was in private practice advising various professional liability and executive liability insurers. With over twenty-five years of experience in Financial Lines Claims, Ann brings a wealth of knowledge and practical insight to the industry.
