Bryce K Guingrich

Bryce Guingrich is the Chief Underwriting Officer and President of the Americas of VALE Insurance Partners. VALE is a transactional liability underwriting MGA, writing Representation & Warranties Insurance (RWI), Warranty & Indemnity Insurance (W&I), tax indemnity, and litigation risk insurance on behalf markets in London and Europe for 11 years running now. VALE has offices in New York, London, Germany, and Singapore.

Prior to joining VALE in 2015, Bryce practiced law in New York, litigating commercial matters and insurance coverage disputes for multiple coverage areas, including RWI, D&O, fidelity and commercial crime binds, and professional liability.

Before law school, Bryce worked as a broker of D&O, EPL, professional liability, corporate property, and other misc. insurance lines in the US, London, and European markets. He started his career as a civil engineer.

Bryce graduated with a B.S. in Engineering from Purdue University, has a J.D. from Rutgers University Law, and an Intellectual Property LL.M. (Master of Laws) from Georgetown University.
