Carmel Green leads RPC’s insurance practice in Asia. With over 15 years’ experience in the region, Carmel brings extensive expertise in insurance advisory and dispute resolution, with a specialist focus on financial lines, including cyber and transactional liability insurance. She acts as coverage and monitoring counsel for insurers and reinsurers around the world, supporting her clients to navigate complex issues of policy coverage and evaluate their potential exposures.

Carmel’s practice covers Hong Kong, Singapore and the wider South East Asia market. She is widely regarded as an authority on policy wordings tailored for the Asian markets and is regularly approached by clients to review, advise on, draft and localise policy wordings, covering various lines of insurance business, for use across Asia.
