Deborah Pecci
As Allied Universal’s Executive Vice President and Deputy Global General Counsel, Deborah Pecci leads the company’s legal strategy with a particular focus on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. In her 25 years with Allied Universal, Pecci has fostered a culture of compliance, accountability, and transparency across an intricate, global enterprise. She brings deep expertise in audits and investigations, crisis management, employment law, labor relations, litigation, and corporate governance and has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth strategy, including M&A due diligence and acquisition integration. Pecci is a board member and legal section chair for the National Association of Security Companies (NASCO), a Power 100 Honoree by the Security Industry Association’s Women in Security Forum, and is a passionate advocate for legal innovation, compliance excellence, and raising the standards in the security industry.
Credentials: She holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
