Dena Cusick

Dena L. Cusick is a veteran in the insurance industry, beginning her career in 1995 at Johnson & Higgins in their Financial Products Group. While at Johnson & Higgins, Ms. Cusick worked on Directors & Officers, Fiduciary, Employment Practices and Professional Services programs. After J&H’s acquisition by Marsh in 1997, Ms. Cusick’s focus shifted to Professional Liability Insurance where she was at the forefront of the development of Cyber Liability Insurance.

Ms. Cusick’s career focused on the most complex and challenging risks at Marsh, Aon and Wells Fargo. In addition to broking and managing the client relationships for Fortune 500 and Fortune 1,000 clients, Ms. Cusick was integral in the establishment of the Technology, Privacy and Network Risk Practice at Wells Fargo, rising to the role of National Practice Leader. As a tenured member of Aon’s Cyber Solutions Practice, Ms. Cusick’s built creative risk transfer solutions for clients while also focusing on colleague and product development.

As HUB’s ProEx Practice Leader, Ms. Cusick is responsible for driving strategy, building and maintaining client and carrier relationships, and ensuring best in class service and risk transfer options for HUB’s clients in the South Region.

Ms. Cusick resides outside of Charlotte, NC, with her husband, four children, two dogs and two cats.
