Emily Snyder

Emily is a Senior Vice President and lead broker in Aon’s Financial Services Group. Emily’s areas of expertise include Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Commercial Crime, and Kidnap and Ransom. Emily works as a part of the Central Region brokerage teams to design and negotiate Management Liability insurance program placements for a wide variety of publicly traded clients. Emily services and advises clients specific to Management Liability through marketing & broking activities, coverage analysis, limits adequacy analysis, and claims advocacy. Emily brokers on behalf of several large publicly traded clients, including five Fortune 100 companies. The clients in her portfolio span several industries, most notably large health care organizations. Emily leads Aon’s Financial Services Group’s Health Care Center of Excellence, which serves our clients through a national team of management liability brokers who drive specialization and thought leadership to bring the best of Aon to this unique group of clients.

Emily joined Aon in October 2016 and has held roles of increasing responsibility throughout her tenure at Aon. She started her insurance career with AIG in 2010 and spent six years underwriting and marketing Management Liability for public companies, and large private companies and non-profit organizations, prior to joining the firm.
Emily earned her undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2010.
