Emma Loynes is Chief Executive Officer of Lloyd’s Asia and Country Manager (Singapore) at Lloyd’s, the specialist insurance and reinsurance marketplace, based in Singapore. In this role she is responsible for operations and market development for Lloyd’s in Singapore as well as leading and driving strategic growth for Lloyd’s in Asia.

Emma has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry across a wide range of disciplines, including Claims, Portfolio Management, Risk and Regulatory, Operations and Transformation.
Prior to Lloyd’s, Emma held several senior leadership roles at RSA Insurance, including Commercial Operations Director and Head of Commercial Schemes.

She is a passionate supporter of the development of talent and a member of several professional organisations, providing coaching and mentoring, including for ‘Advance’, Lloyd’s flagship programme for future female leaders.

Emma is an Executive Committee Member of the Singapore Reinsurers Association, Board Member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and Co-Chair of the British Chamber’s Women in Business Committee.
