Eric Kim

Eric is a Claims Manager at Beazley where he specializes in handling healthcare liability matters, overseeing complex, high‑exposure professional and general liability claims nationwide involving miscellaneous medical and digital health companies and hospitals. Before joining Beazley in 2019, Eric practiced as a civil defense attorney in the New York City area for nine years, representing hospitals and medical professionals in medical malpractice litigation.

Eric earned his bachelor’s degree at Georgetown University and his law degree at Brooklyn Law School.
