Glenn Morgan

Glenn Morgan is Head of Digital Assets at Aon, where he leads the firm’s global strategy for the crypto sector and advises exchanges, custodians, asset managers, stablecoin issuers, DeFi and infrastructure providers on risk and insurance solutions. Active in digital assets since 2013 – and focused on crypto risks since 2017 – his experience spans executive liability, cyber, tech E&O, and complex crypto exposures including custody, staking and smart contracts. Prior to Aon, he launched and led the digital asset practice at Alliant and earlier supported private equity and M&A clients at Marsh. Glenn also helps steer Aon’s thought leadership in the space, contributing to media engagement, industry events and content development, and has supported innovation initiatives such as Aon Growth Ventures’ Web3 accelerator. He holds CPCU and ARM designations, a blockchain certificate from MIT Sloan, and is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
