Howard E Panensky

Howard began his career out of law school clerking for a judge in Trenton, New Jersey. Thereafter, Howard was an associate at Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg where he litigated E&O, D&O and coverage matters. Thereafter, Howard joined Fox Rothschild as a litigator until he began his career in insurance.

Howard joined Ironshore in 2012, handling claims related to all financial and executive lines, including D&O, E&O, Crime/Fidelity, Fiduciary liability and Cyber. In late 2014, Howard became the cyber claims manager and solely focused his claims portfolio on cyber-related matters. In 2018, Howard joined the cyber practice at WTW as a cyber specialist, and in 2021, joined Marsh, as a cyber claims broker and leader.

In 2024, Howard rejoined the private practice of law at Pierson Ferdinand. Howard focuses his law practice on insurance coverage, privacy litigation and incident response.
