Jacqueline Spencer-Sim

Jacqueline (Jacqui) Spencer-Sim is a cyber risk strategist and insurance executive with over 15 years of experience in the London market. She currently serves as the Head of UK and European Business Development and Strategy at the law firm Cipriani & Werner, P.C., where she focuses on the intersection of cybersecurity, law, and risk management.
In her current role, she leads the firm’s international expansion, leveraging a deep background in cyber underwriting and portfolio management. Her career includes senior leadership positions at several prominent Lloyd’s of London syndicates, most recently serving as Head of Cyber at Hamilton Global Specialty. She also held underwriting roles at AXIS Capital, Brit and Beazley, where she was involved in early breach response frameworks.
