Jaime Glinka

Jaime’s primary focus is defending professionals in the medical community including doctors, dentists, nurses, and hospitals. She is the current chair of the Medical Negligence Committee for the Ohio Association of Trial Attorneys.

Jaime’s true passion is trial work. She values the importance of open and transparent communication with her clients. And she prioritizes professionalism among her colleagues in the legal community.

Before joining the Poling team, Jaime practiced general civil ligation where she handled a wide variety of cases involving business litigation, contracts, wills, trusts, and employment law related matters. Prior to her civil litigation career, Jaime was an experienced trial attorney in the criminal realm. Jaime was a prosecutor for the City of Cincinnati where she tried and won over 15 jury trials. Jaime’s success in the courtroom lead to her moving on to a private criminal defense firm where she focused on DUI and OVI defense. In 2017 Jaime was awarded one of the “10 Best” DUI/OVI attorneys and inducted into the National Trial Lawyers “40 Under 40.” She was awarded Super Lawyers Rising Star Award in 2021, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Jaime’s love for the courtroom and trial practice extends beyond her own practice. Jaime also teaches trial advocacy to undergraduates and coaches Miami University’s nationally ranked undergraduate Mock Trial Team.
