James Bullock-Webster

James Bullock-Webster leads New Dawn Risk’s U.S. Broking division, where he oversees the Financial Lines team in navigating the complexities of D&O, PI, and Cyber risks across Lloyd’s and international markets. With over a decade of industry experience, James brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to both his role as a team lead and to the New Dawn Risk board, where he serves as a director.

Before transitioning to the insurance industry, James was a Major in the British Army, with deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq. He honed his leadership skills at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, both serving as foundational experiences that continue to influence his professional approach.

James holds a BA (Hons) degree from Newcastle University and is a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute. His unique blend of military precision, academic excellence, and market expertise makes him a trusted leader and a driving force in the company’s continued success.
