I have been a litigator for 23 years. I practive labor and employment, class action and am a certified NFL Agent. and NIL specialist I also defend professionals in a wide range of professional liability matters.

I lead O’Hagan Meyer’s Biometrics & Privacy Group and counsel clients on data privacy compliance as well as defend class actions under the BIPA, CIPA, VIPA, GIPA and other data privacy laws.. I also defend management in various administrative agencies, state and federal court proceedings in matters involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, ERISA, and wage and hour claims, including single Plaintiff and class actions and collective actions under the FLSA. As the firm’s Labor Law Practice Group Leader, I represent management in union matters, including contract negotiations, NLRB proceedings, arbitration and union avoidance training and consulting.
