Jennifer Lee Davis

Jennifer has been in the commercial insurance industry for 25 years and is recognized for her ability to partner with sales teams to deliver tailored insurance programs with a heavy emphasis on pairing the clients’ needs with innovative products and customer service. As the Healthcare & Human Services Unit Leader for Hub Mid-South, Jennifer is responsible for the leadership of the Heathcare & Human Services service team. Additionally she works as a Senior Account Manager and is responsible for the daily administration of programs for clients, including information development for carrier submissions, quote analysis, negotiations with underwriters, and policy review and endorsements.

Jennifer currently serves as an Expert on the Hub International Healthcare, Non-Profit, and Education Practices.

Jennifer joined Hub International Mid-South in April 2018. Prior to her current position, she served as a Client Service Manager at Hylant – Nashville, Business Accounts Manager at Brown & Brown of Tennessee in Nashville, Tennessee as well as an Account Coordinator at Crump Financial Services in Nashville, Tennessee.

Jennifer earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2006 and is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance, which held an emphasis in Insurance. Jennifer is an Alumna of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity.
