Joe Niemczyk

Joe oversees the administration and evaluation of cyber claims for a wide spectrum of industries and product lines, while also being a point of contact for cyber risk management, breach incident response, thought leadership and claim advocacy.

Prior to Marsh, Joe served as Senior Director of Global Cyber Claims and Underwriting at Markel where, in addition to development of the Cyber and Technology E&O claims team, Joe assisted in the development of cyber underwriting strategy and portfolio management of cyber insurance products.

Joe started his career as an insurance defense attorney and subsequently began handling insurance claims, with an emphasis on Miscellaneous E&O/Professional Liability.

Joe is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and earned his Juris Doctor at New York Law School. He is based in Marsh’s Manhattan office.
