Throughout his career, John has managed some of the most complex and high-stakes claims in the industry. For the past 15 years, he has played an active role in mediating large class action claims, bringing strategic insight and practical solutions to challenging negotiations.
John began his career at AIG, where he developed a strong foundation in financial lines claims before joining Berkley Professional. His deep expertise and thought leadership have made him a sought-after speaker, and he has participated in numerous Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) panels, including the prestigious D&O Symposium.
